Empathy
In ancient times, blue pigment was just as expensive as gold and artists would use it to draw attention to the most important subject in the painting. I wanted Empathy in blue for that reason. We are human. There so many experiences in life that we all go through; good and bad, joy and heartbreak.
The lines that run through the flowers and overlap each other represent how we are connected and changed by human interaction and experiences. Growth happens when we are open to both giving and receiving empathy.
“Empathy has no script. There is no right way or wrong way to do it. It’s simply listening, holding space, withholding judgment, emotionally connecting, and communicating that incredibly healing message of ‘You’re not alone.’
